Series 1: Things Worth Remembering
In early 2021 I spent some time writing and reflecting on what we’d experienced since March 2020.
I've striven to be hopeful without flat optimism, to find meaningfulness within the weariness, and to craft my own history well.
I've always found it difficult to write because writing is what I sound like when I'm trying. It's a lot of pressure.
Today I want to break up the more serious series of posts on things worth remembering with a fun spotlight on a thing worth noticing—even at the risk of putting myself well behind the digital curve by blogging about something from TikTok.
That through-line of timing held us together as we fought to create something that our community could "musick" with too.
Our collective achievement "above the table" was in tying ourselves together in a shared story-making experience.
